Hope’s name is a bit of long story!  Katie, her mom was Nathan’s Christmas present as a puppy.  Then when we bred Tillie to Dr Pepper (Nathan had met him in person and seen him on tv so it was a big thing!) he was so excited to keep a brown bear from the litter.  Well Tillie only had the one brown bear and he was destined to go to Denise.  Denise was nice enough to name him Bear and from that moment on, Nathan kept saying he wanted to breed his Katie to Bear.  When the time came that we were actually able to do it, it really was a long awaited moment and we were blessed with this beautiful little girl!
