Available Adult dogs or older puppies (to pet/hunting homes (show homes email for requirements/price)

We on occasion will have an older puppy or an adult dog available to place.  Because we raise and breed show dogs, we will usually keep the top show pick or two from a litter when we breed, that we felt could grow up and be a outstanding show prospect or addition to our breeding program.  Because of time limits, and our desire to be able to spend quality time with all of our dogs we like to keep our dog numbers the same.  To stay in this range, we have to re-evalute all of our dogs and see who would be a good canidate to become someone’s best friend.  Because of this we occasionally will have some older pups who we kept as show prospects available to pet homes.

We also occasionally will have an adult female or male that is retired from our breeding program that would be looking for a loving home to live out her life in.  Because we have developed a special bond with these dogs over the years its very important that they go to special homes where they will be loved and cherished for the remainder of their life.

Most of them are already crate trained, lead trained and housebroke (or started on it).  You do miss out on some of the cute puppy stuff, but you also miss some of the bad puppy stuff (chewing, crying the first few nights, ect).  The pups on this page are all sold on spay/neuter contracts, unless stated available to breeder homes.  There is an adoption fee for these dogs as well.

We are looking for a retirement home for Bear later on this summer/fall.  He would make a great hunting companion for someone and is crate trained but was raised as a kennel dog before we got him back.  So I have no idea how he would be in the house.  Because of this the adoption fee for him is only $500 and he would be neutered already.

Co-Ownerships
Because we often want to keep certain lines, but don’t have the time and space to keep all the pups that we want to, we often find homes to co-own the puppies/dogs.  What this means is that you get a well bred puppy/dog for a GREATLY reduced price and you raise and train the dog and keep it at your house.  We will co-own the dog with you and it will come back here for two litters (males a bit different, but they stay intact and we have breeding rights on them.  The dog would come here to have its health clearances done at age 2 and when those were finalized, come back here for the first litter.  (It would depend on the situation if we wanted you to keep the dog by you after breeding or have it stay here.)  The the dog would come here to have puppies, you’d be allowed to come during the whelping and visit mom and pups as often as you like.  If you are interested, we also offer if you allow us to breed the dog for a 3rd litter, that after that litter, you’d get a puppy (on limited registration) for free from your dog (or the price of a puppy if you didn’t want a puppy).  After her final litter you’d spay her and then upon proof of the spaying we’d sign off on the registration and she’d live out her life with you as your family pet.  If you allow it, we’d love to have the possibility to show the dog at dog shows and get some titles on them.  You would get to keep all the ribbons that they earn as well as copies of photos taken during the showing.  Because we like to have access to them and for travel reasons, we ask that anyone doing this live within 250 miles of here or be willing to meet us in Hudson, Wisconsin (near the twin cities).

If you are interested in co-owing a dog or puppy please contact us.  If its the right situation we may have an adult or puppy available!

We will have pups from the following litters this summer: a fox red female from Abbie x Reese
a female from Bratchet x Reese
a female from Emmy x Bear
a chocolate female from Hope x Copy.
They would all be $300.
We Especially would be interested in co-owing pups with diabetics so that the pups can be working diabetic alert dogs!!
